Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from shipping date. An RMA number and return address MUST be obtained from our customer service department prior to shipping a return. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from issue. All items must be returned in the original packaging. A re-stocking fee is rarely required if all original packaging is returned and the item is in "re-sellable" condition. However, MiserlyMonkey reserves the right to evaluate product return conditions and assess restocking fees at its own discretion.
