6.Develop dealer and customer liugong product maintenance knowledge training plan and organize implementation.
7.Coordinate the relationship between users and maintenance center in the area, provide necessary technical consultation and training guidance to users, improve the technical level of liugong users, and correctly use liugong products.
8.Prepare and instruct dealers to prepare spare parts reserve list.
9.According to the content requirements of liugong overseas warranty support policy and process manual, responsible for supervising the after-sales service department of liugong dealers in the jurisdiction to return all kinds of forms required by the company in time to ensure the normal implementation of after-sales service management.
10.Pay close attention to the product fault dynamics in the maintenance process within the jurisdiction, find major and batch quality faults, timely feedback to relevant departments, put forward Suggestions for product technical improvement, assist relevant departments to carry out product technical improvement and improve product
